How to register, log in, and renew e-Devlet Kapisi
Get your e-Devlet password
- Go to any PTT (post office) branch in person with your Turkish ID card (T.C. Kimlik Karti).
- Request an e-Devlet password (e-Devlet sifresi) and pay the small fee.
- Receive the sealed password envelope to use for your first login.
Log in to e-Devlet
