Overview

ManageEngine PAM360 is the privileged access platform from ManageEngine, part of Zoho's broad IT management suite. It offers credential vaulting, privileged session management, and privileged account governance at accessible pricing, positioned for mid-market IT teams that want capable PAM without the cost and operational weight of the top enterprise suites.

What it is good at

Value and breadth are the headline. PAM360 covers the core privileged access disciplines (vaulting, session control, account discovery, and governance) at a price point well below the enterprise leaders, with transparent published pricing that simplifies budgeting. The tight fit with the rest of the ManageEngine and Zoho portfolio is a real advantage for IT teams already standardized there, letting them consolidate tooling and support under one vendor.

Where it falls short

At the very top of the enterprise market, PAM360 lacks the scale references, advanced session-isolation depth, and partner ecosystem of CyberArk or Delinea. It is historically self-hosted-first rather than cloud-native SaaS, and DevOps secrets workflows are lighter than purpose-built tools. Large, complex, highly regulated programs may need the depth of the category leaders.

Pricing

Transparent published pricing, well below the enterprise PAM leaders, which is a core part of its appeal. Compare with the TCO calculator.

Best for, and who should look elsewhere

Choose PAM360 for affordable, broad PAM in the mid-market, especially in ManageEngine or Zoho-aligned IT shops. For the deepest enterprise tier, compare CyberArk vs BeyondTrust and CyberArk vs Delinea; for cloud-native infrastructure access, see Teleport and StrongDM.

Bottom line

A cost-effective, capable PAM for mid-market and ManageEngine-aligned IT teams, with transparent pricing, short of the deepest enterprise suites at massive scale.
